Pop up blocker?

What do I need to change to get the following to work. I open the poker client, click cashier and the window does not open. What settings do I need to change? I shut off my Pop up blocker but that's not it. Have been looking in the internet options but can figure out what to do. Anybody know??

start reversing whatever changes you made since the last time it worked, ditch the pop up blocker and switch to firefox browser. Consider reinstalling the poker client, but if you are having pop up issues you may have real security issues that you should have addressed, I don't know how savvy you are so that is just a mandatory caution.
