Problem with 2001fp

Recently purchased one of these awesome thingies. I am having a bit of a problem configurating it, although it is probably due to me being a technically handicapped individual....

If I set up the 1600*1200 resolution the tables at Party and skins come up like decolored or something like that. Apparently my display can only use 256 colors with that resolution.

Do I need to change my video card?

Would any of the different mods out there do the job? If so...link, please.

It does sound like you need a better video card.

What kind of computer do you have?

Does it have a removable video card, or is it built onto the motherboard?

If it's on the motherboard, does your system have a slot to put in a replacement card?
