Default multiple monitors for Dell Inspiron 5100

I have a 2nd monitor set up off of my laptop, but I was wondering if it is possible to set up a 3rd monitor off of a regular lap top computer. I only have one place on my laptop to hook up an additional monitor, and that is obviously being used by my 2nd monitor right now.

Is there some kind of adaptor that would allow me to use a 3rd monitor?

If so, how much does something like this cost?

I am wondering mainly because I play 8 tables now, but would like to still be able to see my PT database while I'm playing. Also, every once in a while when I'm clearing a big bonus it would be fun to be able to go to 10 or 12 tables for a little while. Thanks for any information everyone.

PCMCIA video card is probably your only option.
