10 days, I believe. But I thought the deadline was the end of the day, oct 14th.

Yep, so it is.

I looked at the clock, saw that it was Friday, and figured I was past the deadline, but that the bonus still worked for me somehow.

I would bet he is right on this.
Last month I cleared my bonus 3 days after it was "supposed" to expire. I would imagine the same runs true for obtaining the bonus.

This is strange. It shows up as "Elapsed" in my Bonus Account. Hopefully they get back to me soon via email.

Prolly shouldna made the deposit. The games are beatable, but they really pull air thru a straw, hard, compared to what they used to be.

Did you cashout this week by chance? If you did, you violated their cashout rule and will not get the bonus.
