does the bonus release at one time after the 5 hours are completed, or after everytime you leave a table?

where do I even go to check the bonus pending, etc. i'm so lost

Ok I did the search function and found were it shows where the bonus is credited to your account. However I was 3 tabeling for 2 hours and was only credited $17...and now I'm lost. So is just credited me with 2 table hours, not the 6 I should have gotten.

Can anyone help me out? I just played for another hour, got up from all my tables, logged out and logged back on and no more additional bonus money.

Id like to help you, but Ive only really been involved with their casino bonuses.

You can always CALL them.
Just make sure your not using a cell phone.
Its toll free and emailing them will not get you anywhere.

how long are you waiting? It should be 5 pounds for every table hr you play. (I think at 1/2 or higher)

5 tables X 1 hr = 1 tables X 5 hrs

e-mail them. I've found will hill to be pretty quick with responses.

Yea going to try and e-mail them. Apparently the Will Hill hand histories aren't being saved to my hard drive....now I remember why i stopped playing cryptos. Any help on Will Hill hand histories would be appreciated as well.

It is credited immediately upon leaving the table...until you leave a table, your playing time towards the bonus is not updated.

If you 3-table for 2 hours and leave all of the tables, you should see about $45 in bonuses added to your balance. I have never had even a tiny problem with them crediting my bonus money.

Here is the thing, it only shows $17.42 being credit to my account for the bonus. However I went to crypto counter and it shows I lost like $30 however my acconut is up like $12. so they must of added it just hasn't shown up in my account statement for some reason. Do you have any idea about crypto hand histories by the way?

They add the money to the table and then cash you out. If you lost 30 durring the sessions, you should see that you are up about 15 in your account statement.
