POP3 problem

I use Hotpop for my email and download it into outlook express. I havent been getting email for the last 3 days so I send myself an email from another account and it didnt go through. I logged onto hotpop and can see all my messages sitting there but cant get to them.

My question is this. Is there any way that I changed a security feature or something like that so that my computer will not pull these messages off any more? And if so how do I fix this problem? I have been using this for over a year and never any problem. Thx
