Creating a new party poker account

Is it possible to close my party poker account, and create a new one using the same bank account. I would like to do this so that I can
a) Change my gay handle.
b) Get a rakeback deal on party.

Anyone done this before/ know if it is possible?

I'd be curious on the answer to b).

for a), i was able to change handles last year just by using the "my account" features.

a) you can change your handle every 6 months anyway
b) no you can't

Thanks, I have a rakeback deal on empire but i liked cashing in my frequent party points for the freeroll qualifiers back when I played on party.
