Pacific Poker bonuses?

I've been playing at pacific poker for quite some time now. They have taken away my bonus point conversion to real money because they say I'm a winning player. Has anyone else gotten their bonus points taken away from them? And if so is there anyway to get it back? This is because Pacific Poker never offers any bonuses even through continued patronage. Is there any bonuses that I can take advantage of by emailing them or by stopping my play?
