Default email errors

Does anyone know what this means? (I altered the email address)

This is my second attempt at sending email to this particular address..

Have I been blocked from sending email????

how are you sending the email?
through company email?
through a website like yahoo or hotmail?

the receiver is a company address?

Through my own pop email using outlook express. to what I think is a private email as well.

You don't send email through POP, that's for incoming. What is the SMTP Server address in your OE account settings?

Yes, it looks like the recipient's server is blocking mail from IP's in your domain. Looks like your ISP has some spammers or something. Not too much you can do besides contacting whatever company administers your recipient's domain and complain about your emails getting bounced. They might be able to whitelist you.
