Hollywood reload, it this the new Absolute?

Got an email from Hollywood today, reload normal options, freeroll ticket(yay, oh pick me please, PLEASE!) 100% up to $100 bonus(clears at $/10 points, must clear entire bonus) or the 500% up to $1000 bonus clears at $ per 15 points, I signed up for this originally and am still clearing it and right after I signed up I got the reload for the same, I could have done 2, and BW has the 10k bonus if you signes up thru them(I didnt, I used the classifieds here) but if they are going to offer this every month, its like almost having a "deal"(aka RB) pretty much anytime, anyone else thoughts on the subject.
