When I deposit money into to the casino should I put it more than the minimum amount to recieve the full bonus? Or should I put in more, and play more hands? If so, how much more?

I started with the casinos listed at www.blackjackbonusguide.com there is also the strategycard you need and a full list of 50 cashable casinos to beat . good luck.
