Push. If you haven't lost too much fold equity (for example everyone will call with any pair/ace) you would rather push here with 32o then wait a hand and push any 2 there.
When it comes to the point where you have to start taking -EV moves (but aren't getting called by any 2) you have to start pushing right away. If you have lost all fold equity, it is better to wait if your hand is terrible. So even in this case I would push here even if I knew I was getting called since T7o doesn't fall into that catagory. Everytime you fold, you have to take a bigger -EV push later (because it is harder to push through more people and you will get called more often) so it is best to start going crazy right away and hope you double through.
