Default Figuring out SD of your PT BB/100?

I have 25000 hands and my PT BB/100 is 8, I play NL, is there a formula I can use to approximate how accurate my AVG my BB/100 is?

Get your SD/100 from PokerTracker: Ring Games-> Session Notes-> More Details. It is probably between 30 and 60.

After n*100 hands, the standard error of your BB/100 is roughly (SD/100)/sqrt(n). In your case, n=250.
