WPTE : time to buy ?

World Poker Tour Entertainment (WPTE) has faced a major sell off over the past few weeks. The stock trades now around 10 (it traded at 29.5 in early July !). I think it is a good buy opportunity on this level and the downside is now quite limited. Growth in the online gambling sector is less than previously expected, but it remains a high growth sector and WPTE, through its WPT broadcasting and its new online poker room, may become a key actor. What do you guys think ?

There were a few recent threads on WPTE, you should do a search.

Bottom line on WPTE though, is that they have not yet demonstrated that they can make any money with their current business model.

Yeah maybe, however stocks like WPTE, CRYP and PRTY have now interesting buy entry level and I definitely think the online poker business has still a lot to offer.
