Default Is it time to reconsider Carib Sun and InterPoker?

I stopped playing Carib Sun and InterPoker for 2 months because of the changes in their bonus clearing rate (I play 1/2 6-max).

Should I add these back to my monthly play list (before I dip into my UB and PokerStars bonus backlog)?

What about Pokerroom, are their 1/2 5-max games clearing bonuses fast enough to be worth doing? (I have a pending bonus there, not sure if I should do it or abandon it)

I do all the other Cryptos and Party bonuses, but I am not sure if I should go back to CS IP and PRoom, or just do PokerStars instead. I appreciate your opinions.

You can can clear your interpoker bonus (risk free) in the casino. Now that the poker requirements have changed this is clearly the way to go.
Pretty sure you can do the same with your Carib Sun bonus as well.

at 1/2, neither Interpoker/CS nor Stars are good bonuses. either clear the cryptos in the casino, or move up to $2/$4 short (for stars as well).

Unless things have changed recently, I'm fairly sure the Car Sun poker bonus and the casino bonus (Sands of the Caribbean) are different bonuses. I believe you can get both, but you can't clear the poker bonus in the casino or vice-versa.

With Intercasino, it's the same bonus, and you can clear either place. I agree the casino's the way to go for this given the poker hand reqs.

You might want to clear the bonus at InterPoker. Hands raked $0.25 now count as 1/4 towards the requirement of 450 hands raked $1 or more, so I think you should be able to clear the bonus in about 2000 hands. You'll also get a free hat (at 300) and a free copy of Super System 2 at 700 hands this month. That's worth more that you will get from UB.

If you don't want to clear the InterPoker bonus by playing poker, you can clear it very rapidly in the casino, paying only a small fraction of the value back in blackjack or pontoon.

I cleared the last PokerRoom bonus by playing SNGs. (I played the Labor Day SNG promotion.) Their tournaments are soft, and the bonus gives you 60-70% of the rake back.

The recent rake increase for ring games would significantly decrease your win rate at $1-$2. It might not affect NL players as much.

If you don't want to clear a PokerRoom bonus by playing poker, you can treat it as a blackjack bonus. However, the wagering requirement is large, and unlike most blackjack bonuses, if you bust out, you have to redeposit and play more to get the bonus.

I enjoyed the rapid bonus clearing at PokerStars when they gave double points two hours each day a couple of months ago. I'm putting off clearing my bonuses at PokerStars until the next such promotion.

Despite what T&C's say, CaribSun was still 500 dealt hands last month. I cleared it 1/2 as I always have.

What is the bonus on Sands? And any way to track how much you have wagered there?

thanks

Carib Sun's poker and casino bonuses are separate from each other...clearing one does not prevent you from clearing the other.

Yes, it was. But I have found this month that this is no longer the case. At least not for me. I decided to play 1/2-6max (instead of my normal 2/4) and my bonus has still not cleared after 650 dealt hands. I estimate that I need another 150 dealt hands to get to the 200 "raked" hands by their method...so we'll see.
