Default Need formula...

Hello,

I'm looking for the formula to calculate your odds of making a certain hand. Specifically, I'd like to know what your chances are (%) in hold'em of improving to either a full house or 4 of a kind after flopping a set. I know you would have 7 outs to make the hand on the turn, and then 10 outs to make it on the river, but I'm not sure how to put these numbers together for a total percentage to make the hand with 2 cards to come. (I'd love the actual formula so that it can be used for other hands as well).

Thanks a bunch

G

The formula for odds with 2 cards to come is 1 minus the chnace that you will not make your hand. So in this case the formula would be:
1-[(40/47)*(36/46)]=~33% to make a boat or quads.
