Who to complain to ?

I whored Royal Vegas & 7 Sultans Casinos (both Fortune Lounge)in early August - but I am still waiting for my money a month after the withdrawal request. I have emailed them several times. Initially they fobbed me off, now they are ignoring me.

Is there a regulatory body that these casinos belong to? They owe me $500.

why would prima steal 500 from you? those are big sites, they arent out to screw people. do you actually have a story?

www.ecogra.com covers all the microgaming casinos (same software company as Prima) but I'm not sure if they work with the poker divisions as well or not.

if you signed up for the sites through an affiliate, maybe they can help you work something out.

Tania from Royal Vegas Poker roams the boards here on occasion. you can also try one of the guys who work for Gaming Club, they might know people at the other skins.
