W32 Stanit?

My machine crashed and I had to do a complete re-install of xp.

I had some of my programs backed up on cd, and when I went to copy them into the clean machine, the avir anti virus keeps saying this:

W32 Stanit

Is this a real virus problem or just antivir being over protective?
