Default Memory Upgrade Gone Bad

I am trying to upgrade my computer's memory. When I restart my machine, it just starts to beep every couple seconds. It appears that the computer is not feeding any video to the monitor. Does anybody have any idea what I can do to fix this? Thanks for the help in advance.

Read the motherboard manual and see what that means (diffrent manufacturers use diffrent codes).

Thanks for the help, I figured it out. The slots were located behind the floppy drive and I couldn't see/feel that I hadn't gotten the memory all the way into position initially.
