Buying a new computer for poker - Looking for something cheap
I am looking to buy a new computer for poker but I can't afford something more than about $800 Canadian and I would prefer something even cheaper. Dell Canada and MDG Computers both offer a decent desktop with a 17" monitor for about $800 including taxes and shipping but I was wondering if anybody knew of any sites that offer better deals or whether I should try to buy the monitor separately. Thanks for any advice.

[/ QUOTE ] either scour fatwallet.com, or just buy one an ' outrageous deal from Dell Small Business. you can sell the flat panel for a couple hundred, leaving you with a cheap, decent PC.

[/ QUOTE ] I read your original post, and the only deal you mentioned was an $800 computer with a 17inch monitor. the link I sent you has a $300 Dimension with free shipping. there is also a $600 Dimension w/ 17 inch monitor, with taxes bringing it to $700.
