Default CaptainCookspoker.com

Does anyone know what the bonus is here. I tried to find it, but they will only tell you once you deposit.

I had very bad results with this site. Be prepared to send in copies of every ID document you own. The fact that they give you BS BEFORE you deposit should be a pretty good clue as to what kind of treatment you're going to get AFTER you deposit and they have your $$. Masochists (SP?) only need apply.

50% to $200, same as Golden Tiger & Virtual City. 20x.

The Capt was my primary Prima site for a year, until Poker Rewards took them over. It took me six weeks to get my cash out. They continually lied to me about the status the whole time, at one point saying I needed to play 4500 more raked hands before qualifying for a cashout even!

It was hard to nail down a top management employee to indeed even say I was indeed entitled to a cashout immediately. Kept getting differing stories about why they wouldn't pay.

But it turns out they just weren't paying anybody at either their casinos or poker room. But they never would admit it and caused me a major headache for many weeks. I had a large amount of money at the site and I never once had a clue when or if I would get paid.

Needless to say, I haven't played there since.

I had a huge problem with Captain Cooks on the casino side. They held my money for about 4 weeks while deciding whether to honor their T&Cs. They got bought out in the middle of all this, but I was eventually paid in full.
