Go to the Mansion Sportsbook and Exchange. Make a deposit of $90 or more. Make a bet of $90 or more in their exchange. Send them an email as specified and receive a credit of $90 cash to your account. After reading over the T+C, seems that the $90 is free cash with no rollover/wagering requirement. You're essentially risking $0 to win something like $175 (if you bet football). It seems that you are completely free to withdraw after making the bet and Neteller is accepted.
AS ALWAYS, check the T+C for yourself, make your own interpretation of them and come to your own conclusion, asking them questions if necessary. I don't know for sure whether you can just take the promotion and withdraw, as I am a sports bettor and am staying there as a regular customer.
