Default Real estate

Any good books? Also, is it just way to risky? People from all over say that the bubble is going to burst within the next few years, which makes some sense as interest rate rises. Thoughts on this market? Let's discuss.

You could try searching for and reading one of the bajillion "Is the real estate bubble going to burst?/Should I buy condos?" posts that have come up the past couple months.

Books are for wussies. Go out look at houses, attend foreclosure auctions ect. What are rents in your area? What are the obligations of a property owner in your area? ...

The one thing i regret doing is never learning how to read, oh and yes market is toppy, called top will be around Oct, hopefully i'm right [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
