help
I have a dell computer. When i turn it on, it gets to the windows load window. Then right after its done loading, it gets to a new window, but it is just a blue screen that says:
Urlmon.dll is possibly corrupted. computed Catchsum did not add up to actual Catchsum. I ran through some diagnostics and it says i have an error with the LCD inverter. The other big problem is that i do not have my windows cd with me. Anyone have any ideas??

What version of Windows / Internet Explorer?
Also, have you recently installed an HP Printer?

Found this similar error <<<
The response has a link to download a replacement Urlmon.dll. This error was on a 2000 pro OS, not sure if its OS dependant though. You would probably have to boot in safe mode to a dos prompt to replace the dll and I'd save the original just in case. This would be an "if all else fails" thing to do and I can not be sure what other erros it could cause. Did you happen to just install Service pack 2?
