Default did pokerstars screw up my comp??

so lastnight i was bored and decided to install pokerstars software and give it a go.

well, when i went to shut the computer off (a hp zd8000 laptop btw) i received this blue screen error message that said something referring to "physical memory dumping". it said it may be due to any recent installations of hardware or software.

now when i turned my computer on this morning it said there was an error with aurora software(anyone know what that is) and also an activeX error.

i ran a virus sweep and nothing came up.

anyone have any suggestions as to my course of action? is it possible that pokerstars messed up my computer? anyone ever heard of this happening?

any comment would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
