How would you go about oil for the winter?

Right now I don't want to lock in as my belief is we will see lower prices at some point in the fall.

Not sure if I can lock in a rate that late.

Is there anyway to hedge to get into a rate on the market?

I live in Mass. and probably need about say 1000 gallons.
