Annoying XP Problem (Help)

Certain folders are displaying by size, not name, like the way I had it before. I have to right click > view by > name to fix this, but it changes when I close the window. Thanks.

This is for Win 2000, so some of the labels may be slightly different, but you'll work it out:

Correct it for one folder.

Tools menu/Folder Options/View tab.

Towards the bottom of the list, ensure "Remember each folder's view settings" is checked.

Click Apply.

Click "Like Current Folder" at the top, and "Yes" to confirm.

Click OK.

Done.
