Question on starting an Empire account & deposit bonus

I have a Party account on my computer and want to get in on the Empire new account and IGM bonuses, but I read somewhere that you need a "clean" computer for this. Some people have said this is a problem, while others say its not. Can someone please clarify if I can open the account on my computer.

If I CANNOT open it, what all do I have to do on a "clean" computer? Just register an account or do I have to make the deposit thru that computer as well. Thanks!

You just need to download the software and create your account with the clean computer. You can deposit from you regular computer after the account has been opened.
