odds of getting dealt 4 of a kind for an omaha starting hand. 9 handed

There are 52C4=270,725 equally likely starting hands. 13 of them are 4 of a kind, so the probability you get dealt 4 of a kind is 13/270,725 = 1/20,825. The number of players at the table does not matter.
