Default Probability exercise

I am analyzing a clinical trial that is very screwy. See if you can calculate the odds ratio(OR)(95% CI 2.2-4.1 )?

Control Group(n=331) Intervention(n=344)
Primary end point 102(31%) 196(57%)

There is a p value of <0.001 so there is statistical significance. As with any clinical trial, I am trying to show the benefit of the intervention group vs the control group. My professional background has really been a benefit in my poker game. I joke with my collegues that many real life situations can be related back to poker.
