Default Chances Question

Someone check/raises with very strong hands 10 out of 10 times he has shown you a hand. He check/raises you in a pot, what are the chances he has a very strong hand, using your observations so far? Is it about 91%, i.e. 10/11? What do you do in these situations?

EDIT: Ten out of ten times.
