How do I post an Excel Workbook here?

I would like to post some spreadsheets from a workbook, but am not sure how to do it. Thanks!

Just thinking maybe I could describe it better. Within a post, I would like to provide a link to some spreadsheets I have created on Excel.

You'll need to put the Excel file up on a website and provide a link to it from here. Maybe your ISP provides you with some free webspace you could use for this?

Thank you. Any idea how to find out if there's free webspace, and if so, how to put it there???

Have a look at your ISP's website, most have step-by-step details for how to access your webspace, the specifics vary between different providers. PM me if you get stuck, I can probably sort out temporary hosting of a copy for you but won't get a chance until this time tomorrow now.
