Are their laptops reliable? Hows the CS? Any 1st hand experiences?

I bought a Satellite about 15 months ago and I've only had one big problem with it. There was some defect in mine so that after 3 months it stopped working, I sent it in after talking to CS and they had it fixed and shipped back in about 5 days. Since then it has worked great and hasn't had any software/hardware problems.
