Transferring in Empire

I am going to transfer money through empire to my friend. I remember reading a little while back about having to clear a certain number of hands before he could withdraw and SNGs not counting towards that. I tried to search but couldnt find anything...Anyone know about this?

ya if you try to withdraw it they wont let you, gotta play on it

i don't think they have a specific hand count tho, i've played one set of SNG's and done it...
