If you're pushing with a range of (22+,A2+,K2+,Q2s+,Q6o+,J7s+,J9o+,T8s+,98s), then a call is only marginally bad (-0.1% $EV diff). Any tighter and it gets progressively worse.

It might be retarded, it might be slightly bad, or it could be brilliant. Depends on what you're pushing.

Getting better than 3-2 on a hand that has a reasonable chance of being the best hand, probably isn't dominated, can't bust and can still win if he loses the hand, and has an excellent shot at first if he wins...I don't make the call, but it's probably not retarded.

I'm kinda new to this, is the above range you mention what I should be considering pushing with?

Or does it just mean that against a very loose pusher I should consider calling with King-rag?

If my above wording was weird, what range should he think I was pushing with if he assumed I was an average/good player (based solely on the fact that I was still in the game w/o displaying any blatant errors).

Please set me straight if I should be, but in this situation I wouldn't even dream of going allin with T8s, QT, JT, J9s, 98s. I was thinking more along the lings of: 88+, A2+, K8+, QJs (iffy), that's all i can think of anyway.

If I'm way off, please set me straight.

I can't believe you're not pushing 77 here. 77 is so much better than A2 it's insane.

I would push 22+, A2, K6+, QT+.
