Eurobet $33 sng

Is it correct to fold a,q to an all in raise early in a sng. Normally i fold and sometimes i even fold a,k here, is this a leak of mine?

I would have just folded preflop to begin with. But yeah, I can't see calling after that he pushes.

btw when you use the converter, make sure you edit it. Can't tell who pushed in this. But doesn't really matter, easy fold.

You fold a,q preflop in level 1. wow thats awefully tight. You are missing out on oppurnties to take out those fish who overplay there weak aces by doing this aren't u?

I fold A-Q all the way to 7th spot. I limp in late postion with it if others are in and raise if everyone folded.. I play this way until level 4 normally.. I figure I'm so much better late game than most of the players I dont want to bust out early on a marginal hand.. the chips u save early can be used to double up later.

I usually limp with it unless the pot is unopened and i'm in late position and I usually throw it away to any real raise. Playing it cautiously probably isn't bad at all but I'm sure I've lost more with AQ early on than I've won with it.

My problem with playing it like that is i real i miss out on the oppurnity to bust donks who play weak aces over aggresively. I feel if i do not raise with it that there will limp with weak aces and outflop me. At least by raising i am making it less likely they will call.

I also play a,k the same way.

Is this a good way to play it or am i dumping too many chips early playing this way?

There's a huge difference between AK and AQ. Yes I fold it at level 1.

I seem to do alright by not playin it.

I tend to flat call with AQo here preflop. I honestly think folding is very weak, you have great position, its not like you are UTG. If you fold it will hurt your future progress, I'm pretty sure of that.

Can you expand on what u mean by 'it will hurt your future progress'.

Do you mean in this game or in general?

It's just ridiculous to fold AQo for 30 chips 2 off the button from a general poker standpoint. It's clearly +EV to call.

I play pretty carefully early in sit and gos and understand folding AQo UTG, I even do it sometimes. But to fold here preflop is just too much, there is only so far you can go before you are giving up on an obviously +EV situation, also a situation that you need to become comfortable being involved in.
