hand converter problem

Having a problem using the hand converter, me and my buddy pasted the exact same cut onto the converter except his shows the complete hand in a post and mine leaves out the betting and other things any ideas? Thanks.

Remove the word "texas" in the beginning of the original HH before you convert.
