Default making transition to sng\'s ( new guy here)

hello

i am from the ssnl. i am a 100NL multitabler and was thinking of starting something new. i am a good MTT player so i thought sng's would b good. i know some great sng players and they have taught me alot. so i am just here to say hi. i have alot to learn though. like this situation.

how would u play a hand in level 1-2 where someone raises from middle position and your holding QQ or JJ (espcially JJ) with poisition on him? say no one else called his raise and the play is to you. would you raise or call? with QQ a raise seems good but with JJ?

also say that 1 guy calls the raise and you have position on both. would you raise or call now?

For party poker I would read this beating 10+1 and try to further improve.

These hands can be played in many different ways.

For a broad statement, I would re-raise with qq and call a push at the lower limits. I dunno, I would probably just fold JJ. I am weak-tight like that.

Of course this statement is extremely broad, and varies from player to player. Check the archives.

Also there is a thread called "sng faq" at the beginning of the board. Good place to start.
