I'm not as smart as some people on here, but I'll add my .02 cents.

I like folding this, even though you'll appear strong pushing UTG. You're in the blinds the next two hands, and then you get to see more free hands until the blinds come again.

I'd muck it, and sit on 500 and pick a hand in the next revolution to push with. With that hand though, I'd prefer to pick up the blinds than get action on it.

Depends on when the blinds go up, although I'm probably pushing anyway. If they are going up before I get to the button I think I definately push.

Yeah, I'm sure its -EV according to ICM.
