Default I like ITM as much as the next guy but...

...this is is starting to aggrevate me.

153 tourneys played ($11s)

1st- 15
2nd- 27
3rd- 30

thats 72 ITM(46.4%) and 81 OTM, my ROI is also pretty high but im still pissed at my 1st place percentage. And its not like Im sneaking into the money either...Im usually the chip leader. I had this problem earlier and asked for help here, the answer was to push more. So I did, the result was good at first but then the other dudes would start to catch on and only call with BETTER hands than those that i was pushing so Im currently at a loss.

I havent won a Sng in the last 30 tourneys(yes, woe is me ) but ive been ITM in 14 of them, so if anyone with sound knowledge of headsup would like to review 5-10 of my ITM HH, i would greatly appreciate it

being aggro enough to plug the just OTM leaks is good but you really have to mix it up psychologically once you get into 3-handed (and of course blind size is critical). Are you folding any hands headsup, including when it's 3handed and button folds, or are you calling.

According to HOH2, folding is a big mistake HU but then I'm not sure how that applies to extremely large blinds, like 250/500. My suspicion is that you still should call and not fold, unless your opponent is raising nearly every time to your calls.

In any case, you have to mix it up. Blindly pooshing and not caring that they are lowering their calling standards is only plugging your ears and wishing for the best. Think about what you would do if someone pushed every hand and how someone might get the best of you in that case as a countermeasure.

Dude, you're pulling a 28% ROI with those numbers. The question you should really be asking is why you aren't moving up to the $20's yet.

Variance happens ITM too. It balances out.
