Default $55: How to practice folding?

Hello. My name is AA Suited, and I have a problem folding 2pair and above.

ie:
lvl 3, ~same stacks, 4 people see flop. i'm sb and flop 2 pair on rainbow flop that's J high. (no reads)

i check, bb checks, mp checks, co checks.

flop = blank, but flush draw possible.
i check, bb checks, mp checks, co bets 1/2pot, i check/raise, bb folds, mp folds, co goes all in. i insta-call. co turns over a set. i lose

i NEED practice in folding!

Any suggestions on how to practice folding?

How about you practice betting out your two pair on the flop?

Do you not like check-raising here?

This isn't really a good example because there aren't stack sized and what not, but in level 3 I don't think you should make a practice of folding 2 pair. I almost never do it barring some disgusting board. People are donks, they get allin with the wierdest things.

I have to see the stack sizes and flop texture. But multi-way pots scare me. It simply doesn't make much sense to slow play many (if any) hands. There are simply too many ways for opponents to catch cards and beat you.
