Hand 1 - I like the PF raise fine. I'd fold to the push though. You're a coinflip at best against too many hands and you have plenty of chips to get away from the hand after putting 150 in.

Hand 2 - Just fold. You have no FE here and he's getting the odds to call with pretty much any 2. There is also 1 stack that's in worse shape than you, which comes into play a bit here.

Hand 3 - Rather easy push.

I fold 1-2 but I push 3.

I would call with QQ on #1 though.

with no read on the opponent, what would you expect from the typical $10 player ? i was thinking AK, AQ, AJ or any pair TT+.....?

From what I've seen, that's about right (with the occasional lower pair thrown in). JJ and AJ are unlikely, and you're only well ahead of TT in this range once you remove those two.

Let's look at the range you put him on.

You dominate TT and AJ.
You're dominated by QQ, KK, AA.
You're coinflipping with AK, AQ.
You're tied with JJ.

I just think you can find better spots to get your money in than this, especially being that it's still early and you have a very workable stack if you fold.

Generally you want to avoid the close gambles, especially early on I find (let your skill do the work) so i'd fold hand one. I'd probably fold QQ here as well.

I'd also fold the JT because of the Gap concept and the fact you'd need a much better hand to call at this late stage.

I agree with you on hand 3.

Wow, that was my first ever comment on how i'd play certain hands on the twoplustwo forums. Thats a landmark for me.
