Program trying to connect to internet

The following is trying to connect to the internet. I keep having to manually block it with Norton Internet Security.

What is this?

If I remember correctly broadjump was the software used by SBC's DSL connection. I would imagine you shouldn't be blocking it. If you are no longer using DSL an uninstall should be safe.
