Re: Push over a raise with the dreaded AQ, pre-flop?
Yeah this seems a little crazy. I call and try and get all my money in on a good flop.
Edit: also you do have another whole round to pick up something nice in a better spot. |

I like the push. You have 12xBB and this is a late position raise.

This is a very clear allin. |

Yeah don't know I hate getting all the money in there behind. why you think he calls with KQ or A10??? I play on PS and when all the stacks are even like this and it's early I don't like to gamble. But maybe it's different on party and you need to play faster or something....
Edit: I guess he's the CL...ahhhhh still just call I think here. You guys play so damn fast with [censored] ty starting chips...I just couldn't do it. |

Re: Push over a raise with the dreaded AQ, pre-flop?
You definitely need to play faster. With 12x BB, AQ suddenly becomes very, very big, and certainly better than a MP3 hand, especially because getting people to fold and increasing your stack size by 125 chips is huge at this point.

Re: Push over a raise with the dreaded AQ, pre-flop?
Good push. The only hands you are worried about are QQ - AA and AK. These hands seem pretty unlikely. You are low in chips, you will need to double up sometime. If he calls you, great. If he folds, great.
