Default Motorola?

Motorola unveils first nano emissive flat screen display prototype
Tuesday May 10, 2005 (04:21 PM)

May 10, 2005 (DMEUROPE via COMTEX) -- Motorola Labs, the applied research arm of mobility solutions provider Motorola, has unveiled a working 5-inch colour video display prototype based on proprietary carbon nanotube (CNT) technology, a technique that could create large, flat panel displays with longer lifetimes. Optimised for a large screen high definition television (HDTV) that is less than 1-inch thick, this is the first-of-its kind NED 5-inch prototype. Motorola Labs Nano Emissive Display (NED) technology is a scalable method of growing CNTs directly on glass to enable an energy efficient design that emits electrons. This can lead to creating longer-lasting NED flat panel displays with brightness, uniformity and colour purity. Motorola s proprietary CNT growth process, in the case of flat panel displays, produces high-definition images. The electron emission performance demonstrated by the technology exceeds that achieved to date with the application of the CNT to the cathode via an organic paste, the process used by other companies. Motorola closed today up .02 at $15.79. Its P/E is 17.54 which is way down from what it was just one year ago and a massive decline from two years ago.

I plan to sell my little wad of stock by years end. Should be $20-25 per share by then. Maybe.

I think Ray Zee still has his shares, unless he hit a bad streak and had to sell them for seed money.
