Default Tournament bankroll and variance hypo

Does one of the following two hypothetical tournaments require a bigger bankroll than the other to maintain the same risk of ruin? First assume that your skill relative to the field is the same for each.

Tourney A: 40 entrants for $25,000 each

Tourney B: 10,000 entrants for $100 each

Supoose you've made the final table in each tournament and are in 10th place (of 10 remaining players). The stack sizes and prize structures are exactly the same. Should you play any different going forward because of the past structure and the time (or bankroll required) to get you back into this gamble for each?

I can try to clarify if this isn't clear, but I think I have everything down here. Thanks.
