Default Neteller Stock Falling like a rock

A week a go this stock was trading at 753 pence a share, today it hit 580p. down more than 30%.

How lower can it get? I am refusing to sell this at such a low price, but can it go MUCH lower?

I don't know why the price is falling so fast. Only news I encontered recently was this:

" LONDON (AFX) - NETeller shares were once again hit by bear raiders. Down
22-1/2 pence yesterday, the shares slid 16 more to 657-1/2 amid mounting fears
that the group is bound to encounter intense competition in the coming years.
NETeller operates an e-wallet that funnels money from online gamblers to betting
and casino sites."

Help me please!

I think the price HAS to rebound upwards after the final 2004 results are published at april 5th (I expect to see VERY impressive figures) wich would lower the p/e and hopefully end this downward trend

Hold tight. There is alot people shorting this stock right now which is sending the price down.it should level off soon.
As far as this new "competition threat" ,its a load of crap, there always has been one since day one.I dont see anybody giving neteller a problem soon.
The only immediate threats are the U.S govt taking a stance against online gaming,or them starting to accept it and paypal getting back in the game.
Unless one of these two things happens soon im holding tight!
Besides you may see NT try to move to the main market of the london stock exchange which will have a positive effect on the stock price. It will be fun watching all the shorts trying to cover when that happens.

How does Neteller make money? I have a Neteller account. I use it to shift money between online poker sites and offshore sports books. I have never paid them a penny for this. All of these transactions are free for me. Where do they make money?

They make money from the Merchants on the other end of the transaction. Let's say you deposit $1000 to Paradise Poker. They charge Paradise something like 3% of the deposit. Paradise (and other merchants) like this because they are getting indemnified cash.

Neteller also makes money on it's instacash service where they fund the user immediately for an 8% fee -- like taking an advance on a credit card.

Hope that helps.

They make about 3% of every dollar you transfer.

I usually transfer 7,000 - 10,000 a month between bonuses and withdrawals and depots, so they're making about $300/month off me.

Why would we fear competitors "in a few years?". Western Union, FirePay, PayByPhone, etc.. haven't taken over neteller in the years they've been out, why would something new overtake them. People HATE to switch to new e-wallets.

Where can you get information about stocks traded on the London exchange? finance.yahoo.com just gives the price, no P/E or other info.
