I've tried a few. Basically they keep making you think you are almost done but then continue to make you jump through more and more hoops. They will even tell you multiple times that you are on the very last step but they will be lying. I think youd be better off playing poker for a few hours and buying an ipod with winnings rather than wasting your time on one of these scams.

Or better yet, don't get the white sheep flag and get an iAudio M3 instead.

Umm, I'm not really sure what you mean by "white sheep flag" but I don't have an ipod and don't really have too much desire to get any MP3 player at all. I just thought it would be cool if i could get one for free and I haven't seen any offers for free iAudio M3s. Have you?

Depends where you look, NLSolider, I'm sure is talking about the one where you sign up for a million offers.

I did one, through freeipods.com, they are backed up with a million orders, but are filling them, and mine is in shipping. There is alson a mp3players4free.com site.

Basically, you have to sign up for an offer (I did one you can cancel right away) and get five other people to sign up. that's the tricky part unless your friends trust you. I got mine through friends.

It went though, and is in the shipping process. It would be nice to have mine and be able to tell you that it works for sure, but I can't, yet.

So, look here: http://freeipodguide.com/?ops=

Default This iPod offer is legit

http://www.freeiPods.com/?r=8138358

A few coworkers of mine did this and got their iPods. You have to get 5 ppl to sign up underneath you. Unfortunately I ran out of friends to sign up underneath me as the word travelled. So basically I only got two people to do it, so anyone that wants to sign up under me, I'd appreciate it.

Here's what you do:

http://www.freeiPods.com/?r=8138358

Use this link, put in a valid email address (one you dont mind getting spammed), then sign up for the first AOL option. (You do need a credit card, but it won't get charged if you unsubscribe within 45 days). In roughly 3 weeks (according to the FAQ), the freeiPods.com site will update your status as being signed up for the offer. In the mean time, just find 5 other people to sign up under you, and you'll get a free ipod. PM or post here if you have any questions or problems.

Thanks,

KoW

I'd much rather have "the white sheep flag" which actually has a screen, has a much better and more intuitive design, has a HUGE accessories market, and costs only $30 more. But that's just me.

I actually know someone that got a free one from www.freeipods.com, I believe. I promise, I've seen the thing in his hands.
