This Ain\'t Normal! (Single Hand Distribution)
This histogram represents results from ~10,000 hands of $.5/1 limit Hold'em. The units on the horizontal axis are BB and the bins are .5 BB wide. Is there a simple way to describe or model a distribution that looks like this?

You might be able to get a gamma or beta distribution to kinda look like that with the right parameters, but I don't know anything offhand that would be a really good fit.
What do you want to use it for? If it's for simulations, you might be better off using the empirical data as your model, and just bootstrapping (although 100K would be a lot better than 10K). gm
