Default Good PLO books?

Are there any good PLO high only books out there? I'm looking for an advanced book. Thanks!

From beginner to advanced :

1) crockpots page www.winningonlinepoker.com
2) Ciaffone's Omaha
3) Ciaffone and Reuben's PL and NL poker
4) Ciaffone's Improve your poker
5) Reuben's How good is your PLO

I especially like the section by Reuben in PL and NL poker, it is a goldmine for advanced thoughts on PLO, and the article about one omaha session in Improve your poker.
